Did
you know that many road cyclists utilize the Superdrome for training without
ever racing?
The Superdrome is more than just a race
track; it is a world class training facility for cyclists of all skill
levels. Instead of focusing on those who race at the track, Christian will
concentrate the Fitness Clinic curriculum on using the Superdrome to enhance
general physical fitness and enjoyment of cycling by providing:

Examples of workouts and training sessions for
Groups and Individuals

How to implement training at the track into a complete
training plan
·
What to expect from open training sessions
·
Making the most of your track time
·
Track etiquette
Even if you never intend to race at The Superdrome, the
track can serve as an excellent addition to any training schedule. Add new life
to your training schedule, get away from dangerous automobile traffic and
experience the benefits of fixed gear bicycling.

What to Bring: Helmet,
riding clothing, plenty of fluid and a snack. You will also need either
your
own track certified bicycle or your own pedals & shoes for a rental bike.
A completed, signed waiver &
previous completion of the Development Class are required.
