Bio:
Stefan was born and grew up in

Endurance, having raced and doing training camps in more than 15 countries on 4
continents. At present, he is a member of the Mercy Elite Cycling Team and
competes in

Coaching Association and the
His ability to communicate well with athletes of all ability-levels makes it easy for clients to work with him and his coaching philosophies. He believes that a strong mind is the foundation for a strong body and athletic success.
Stefan’s background is not limited to road cycling only, as he competes regularly on the track and collected multiple podiums at Collegiate Track National Championships. In the off-season, he can also be seen at local 5K runs and Sprint Triathlons.
Currently, Stefan is working on his thesis for a M.S. in Exercise Physiology.
